Producing healthy and clean grapes and enhancing them
by obtaining harmonious wines, capable of ageing well and for a long time.
That is our aim.
To achieve this, we grow and treat the raw material with respect and without coercion, using organic methods.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe and vinified separately.
We process the white grapes with a cryogenic maceration and the red grapes with a prolonged maceration on the skins after the fermentation.
Ageing takes place in medium toasted Allier oak woods of different sizes and ages.
We put on the market our red wines only after 4/5 years of ageing of witch at least 36 months in wood and 10/12 months in bottle.
